Shipping Policy

Orders may currently only be delivered to addresses within the UAE.

The Order delivery methods which are currently available are set out below.

For all UAE addresses:

No same day delivery.

2 to 5 days delivery. If the order is placed today, customer will receive it after 2 days or more.

Free delivery for orders 500 AED and above.

AED 35 shipping charge is applicable for orders less than AED 500.

Additional 10% OFF on every purchase as a launch offer.

Orders to be placed outside of our ordinary working hours (9am-6pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the Order was submitted.

We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
